Zendaya’s outfits never disappoint, on or off the red carpet. In fact, over the past few years, the actress and singer has rapidly become one of the most-anticipated attendees at award shows, consistently arriving in head-turning looks, which then turn into viral internet moments (for all the right reasons).
Remember that hot pink breastplate she wore to the 2020 Critics’ Choice Awards? Or, more recently, that phenomenal Balmain leather dress at the dunes premiere as part of the Venice Film Festival? Yup, Zendaya sure knows how to make a red carpet arrival, working closely with celebrity stylist Law Roach (AKA @luxurylaw) to nail every single look.
In addition to repping fre$h off the runway looks, Zendaya and Law are also fans of vintage pieces – we’ll never forget the time she paid homage to Beyoncé’s 2003 BET Awards Versace dress by wearing a near-identical style to this year’s event .
To celebrate her style journey, scroll through to take a trip down memory lane as we take a look back at Zendaya’s best ever outfits.

For Zendaya’s latest red carpet appearance, the actor’s made a notable departure from her regular red carpet aesthetic. Instead of showstopping dresses or vibrant co-ords, mainstay items that tend to characterize Zendaya’s wardrobe, the 25-year-old stepped out wearing a very chic minimalist gray trouser suit, teamed with matching pumps.
The look, by brand Fear of God, features a collarless blazer with statement padded shoulders and cigarette-style trousers – a gloriously ’80s silhouette we’re low-key obsessed with.
For context, the last time Zendaya wore an oversized gray blazer, it was completely covered with spiderweb embellished detailing (a sartorial nod to Spidermanof course) and glittery tights to match.
What’s more, this suit is almost the complete opposite of the one Zendaya wore to the Valentino Fashion Week show last month, where she wore a vibrant hot pink situation teamed with Lady Gaga-worthy platform heels – scroll down to see the look in full.
Yep, Zendaya’s a true fashion chameleon alright, and that’s why we love charting her style evolution so darn much.
Zendaya arrived at the Valentino Paris Fashion Week show wearing the most incredible trouser suit we’ve ever laid eyes on. For starters, it’s hot pink-already, amazing. Oh, and it’s totally covered in matching flowers. Our favorite part, though, has to be the fact that Zendaya’s finished the look with a pair of sky-high platform heels – you know, the kind so remarkable we’ve come to associate them with Lady Gaga. Scroll down to see another pic of the full ‘fit.
When the hot pink overcoat is then removed for the
net pink carpet, you can see that Zendaya’s gone for a plunging blouse underneath the blazer, teamed with layered chains, a soft blowout and an epic cateye. Yep, we love everything about this look.
To mark the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Zendaya stepped out at the Los Angeles premiere wearing a truly incredible slip dress by Maison Valentino. The look features both a plunging neckline and hip-high leg split, but our favorite detail is the reference to Spider-Man – AKA Tom Holland.
If you look a little closer you can see that the dress is absolutely covered in delicate black spiderweb detailing, making this dress both totally on-theme, and a sweet nod to their relationship. But this isn’t the first time Zendaya’s repped a spidey-inspired design – scroll through to see what she wore to the London premiere…
Previously, Zendaya arrived at the London premiere wearing an oversized Alexander McQueen blazer dress and lewk tights, this time embellished in tonnes of glittery cobwebs. Even her earrings de ella are a reference to Spider-Man and, yup, of course we love it.

Zendaya arrived at the dunes London photocall this weekend wearing one HELLUVA outfit. The post-apocalyptic feel two-piece set (an appropriate choice, given the film), designed by Vivienne Westwood, features a sleeveless harness which is basically a whole load of layered chains, delicately arranged across the torso and tied at the back. The edgy top is then teamed with a brown and beige checkered knee-length skirt – a fresh-off-the-runway look, according to Law Roach, who shared the catwalk snap on Instagram. I mean, c’mon, how fierce does she look?
